Abergavenny Men run two
sides both currently competing in the South Wales
League. The 1st XI are hoping for a successful
season in Division 2
following an excellent previous year finishing
champions of Division 3. Captain Geraint Davies
has stated his ambition to show continued improvement
and feels that another promotion will not be far
away. |

The newly formed 2nd XI have entered
into Division 3 this season hoping to build and
progress on the excellent club set up already
in existence and to
see more colts fulfilling potential against stronger
opposition. Younger players can now use the skills
learnt in training whilst gaining valuable
experience in league match situations. They will
also be led invaluably by the clubs senior players
showing how to use this well gained experience. |
